The Little Readers Initiative

The Factory of Little Readers is the first community initiative of the Yaghoubi Foundation. Through this project, we collect and distribute children's books to help build a future where more children have access to stories, imagination, and learning.

Our first chapter begins in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, where we are working alongside local organizations to place books into the hands of children who need them most. We believe that a single book can inspire curiosity, strengthen confidence, and open doors to lifelong opportunities.

How you can help

Although the project is currently based in Belo Horizonte, supporters from anywhere in Brazil and around the world are welcome to take part.

You can support the project by:

• Donating new or gently used children's books (for those located in Belo Horizonte).

• Purchasing children's books online and sending them directly to the Foundation.

• Making a financial contribution, which will be used exclusively to purchase children's books and support this initiative.

If you would like to donate books or purchase books to be shipped directly to the Foundation, please contact us by email first. Our team will provide the appropriate shipping address and any additional guidance to ensure your contribution reaches the project safely.
